MICHELE PIAGNO: originario di San Vito al Tagliamento (PN) è barman esperto di mixologia molecolare, Canbassador Italia Red Bull e Brand Ambassador Mixò Italy. È ideatore di Glow sweet & sour mix, prodotto divenuto brevetto mondiale per i cocktail fluorescenti, che ha catturato l’attenzione dei media locali e nazionali. Riconosciuto come barista di eccellenza e qualità italiana da Federazione Baristi Italiani, vanta numerose collaborazioni con svariati brand: suoi i drink abbinati a finger food per la campagna pubblicitaria Intervalli Italiani per San Bitter; suoi anche due drink studiati appositamente per Brouwerij Van Steenberg, uno dei più rinomati birrifici delle Fiandre che lo ha scelto per esaltare la sua birra più prestigiosa, la Gulden Draak.
Nel 2013 ha collaborato con Claudio Burdi, giornalista del Corriere della sera, alla realizzazione del libro 100 cocktail light e contemporanei.
